Who Are We?

We are Willis Jenkins

Willis Jenkins was established in 2008 to provide its customers with a value for money, experienced approach to the supply of catering equipment. Our sales team are experienced in working both within and supplying into kitchens giving us a unique knowledge of how equipment works as well as allowing us to assess what equipment and services would best suit your needs.

Our goal is to provide a service that looks further than the brief to truly understand what your needs are. Willis Jenkins provide solutions that are shaped around your individual needs to ensure that you are taken care of for the longer term. Because of this our company has grown from simply supplying equipment to providing everything from CAD design of kitchen layouts to bespoke fabrication, kitchen extract and ventilation systems, supply of kitchen equipment, project management, advice and fitting of flooring to supply and fitting of hygienic wall coverings and more.

Mark Sharland

Mark ran his own small plates restaurant and knows how important it is to have the right equipment and layouts for the job. With 15 years’ experience as a chef, running his own business and working for large industry leaders selling commercial catering equipment, Mark is able to offer knowledge and solutions to kitchen designers and project management. His projects include The Lensbury, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Quaglino’s.

Lawrence More

Lawrence has a chef / cooking background which stands him in good stead to advise others on kitchen layouts and the equipment required for the job. He has worked for large commercial catering manufacturers within sales for over 15 years, seeing both sides of the work required to obtain a successful solution. Lawrence has been involved in some of the more up and coming restaurants in London such as The Laughing Heart, The Cellar Society and Pique Nique providing new and unique dining experiences.

John Eaton

With over 30 years’ experience in the commercial catering industry, John started Willis Jenkins with the ethos of providing a second to none service and calling upon the expertise gained to advise his well respected clients. With knowledge of cooking, designing kitchens and project management skills, John is able to help clients with overall kitchens or one off pieces of equipment. His clients include Hyatt Regency The Churchill Hotel, The Clove Club, Hertfordshire Catering, Olive Dining and The Royal College of Physicians.
